Php script run next to windows clock -

hello have php script return values mysql database want results shown on windows toolbar next windows clock example in fieldset or something

any ideas? lot

php won't (unless use gtk, wouldn't recommend).

what suggest use php create basic web api. you'd need use .net, java, c++, etc build desktop application consume api , display application near clock.
